  • Core path: upload packet, review Huckster's recommendation, confirm the human decision, export proof.
  • Proof path: buyer proof, vendor request, review report, and audit trail stay separate from private customer data.
  • Integration boundary: exports and handoff packages are available before any customer-specific writeback is enabled.
  • Human boundary: Huckster recommends and records; qualified human reviewers remain responsible for final decisions.

  • Backup/restore proof, legal review, and secret rotation records are tracked as separate retained evidence artifacts.
  • Formal SLA, support commitments, and service-credit terms require approved commercial terms.
